"A Friend of Toc H” is someone who gives outstanding support to Toc H financially and who is not a member of the organisation.
A Friend pays an annual subscription or donation and receives information about Toc H and its activities. 
A Friend receives a blue Toc H badge and are registered with the appropriate Area Executive – in Cairns’ case – Queensland.
